《中国英语教学》审稿流程和刊用情况 + 稿约

看你们讨论的很热烈，我正好是做期刊的，就插两句话吧。
我做的《中国英语教学》由于没有国内刊号（努力申请中。。。），所以还是个内部刊物吧，多蒙各位老师的关爱，投稿量还可以（一年800－1000篇），投稿质量也越来越高。在一些学校和省份也算作核心期刊。按每期发表20篇左右，每年6期算，刊用率在15％左右吧。我们实行的是顺序三审制（而不是一般刊物通常采取的同时寄出三人审稿），每一审的结果都反馈给作者，所以流程特别长。各位如果有基于语料库的外语教学、二语习得方面的文章欢迎投过来呀。网址：www.celea.org.cn。我从大家的讨论中学到了不少，请继续讨论，如果大家知道本刊，能对本刊提有针对性的建议，就更好了。。。

杂志的国内刊号据说已经有希望了,现在申请刊号太难了,具体什么时间能拿到,我也想知道呀.

另外,现在杂志已经免费全文放在我们网站上了,欢迎大家访问.目前55/59-62期是全文,其余的是提要.反正现在也是内部发行,所以就免费提供给大家了,希望大家多多捧场.

哇，100篇有85篇都被咔嚓掉了！
为什么不采取同时寄出三人审稿的方法呢？那样不是效率要高很多吗？

目前没有采用同时送审３人是主要是因为：１、审稿专家的审稿进度差别很大，步调难以同一，不能及时反馈意见给作者。２、三审是英国文化协会（ＢＣ）负责聘请的ＥＬＴ专家（外国人），按ＢＣ要求三审定稿、文字润色要由外国人做。我想如果将来正式刊号有了后，流程上应该向《外语教学与研究》靠拢。

我刚接到通知，《中国英语教学》杂志入选《中国知识资源总库》（CNKI），成为其全文网络出版期刊。今后大家也可以在CNKI网站上搜索到本刊了。

我们的编审名单在杂志的封二都列出来了，按照学者专长分派稿件，所以应该是比较透明的。不过如果大家觉得模糊点好，我以后注意。

Well, different journals can have different policies. Most journals prefer "double blind" reviews, some can let the reviews know who the author is. But in any case the author is supposed not to be able to find out reviews of his paper. One more sensible way to make acknowledge reviewers is to have an editorial item "Reviewers of this year/volume" in the filnal isuue of a year/volume which list the reviewers of all papers in that volume.

Thanks, Lao Xiao. I know that you review articles for many rennowned jounrals. I wonder if you are willing to review articles for our journal?

Our journal also adopts double-blinded peer review system. Usually the reviewer won't know the name or institutution of the author. The author won't find the name of the reviewer on the review sheet either.

In China, journals on FLT may ocassionally publish articles in English (if the author is famous), but generally no. You can also submit to journals outside China. Most of them publish in English.

It's cool. Your editors of this journals are so kind. Last year, i have posted my naive paper about SLA to your journal. You posted back the comments of the reviewers, whcih gives me insight into the SLA research. though the paper is not adapted, i thank you for the help. Later this year i might post my paper about SLA based on corpus to your journal.
