After unzipping it to a folder, you should find the 12 files listed below:

They are 10 perl scripts and 2 text files. Please read "README.txt" to know how to use it.

Tried out that Microsoft bilingual sentence aligner, it seems that it's not useful if you want to align two texts like below:
