上传附件有问题时，把文件压缩后上传就可以了
我试了几次了，这样做很有效。

谢谢家金，其实这是网站虚拟主机的问题，目前只能这么做，看以后有Money了换一个好一点的Hosting Service就好了。

better compressed as a zip file instead of rar, as Windows XP can deal with .zip files without additional packages like WinRAR.

You are so considerate. But fully functinal WinRAR is freely available for evaluation purpose and most PCs are installed with with WinRAR. The biggest strength of it is that it can extract both WinZIP compressed and WinRAR compressed files.

即便是压缩之后，如果文件名过长的话也无法正常上传。所以也提请大家注意将原文件名改短一些。
