想看句末语气助词及其韵律。不知道有没有可以购买的，有标注，且录音质量较好的自然口语语料库？

It appears that you want both prosodically annotated transcripts and digital audio files which are not easy to grap for free. But anyway if you are ready to buy, you can try the Chinese LDC:

啊，没注意到是要汉语的。汉语的可以和中国社科院语言所联系，2005年7月去北京时顾曰国教授曾带我参观了语言所语音标注的工作室，当时好几个研究人员还演示了怎样用程序给口语加注语音。
