请问哪里有中英文双语语料的句子对齐工具？

在网上找到了Gale & Church的算法实现工具，不过找不到Brown的算法实现，Brown的算法实现起来好像比较麻烦，我想在中英文的双语语料上做一些实验比较这两种算法，不知道有没有价值？

I think Scott Piao has done this kind of work in his PhD thesis (Word Alignment between Chinese and English, Lancaster, 2000).
