这方面Oakes 1998 statistics for corpus linguistics 就很经典了。

Another good book is "Statistics in Language Studies" by Anthony Woods (CUP).
This book has been imported and printed in China. Members of SSreader digital library can read it free but print/download costs 7 CNY.
