[求助]有关"Collocations in a Learner Corpus"这本书

刚刚在网上读了Nesselhauf 的"Collocations in a Learner Corpus" 这本书的书评。http://delacruz.cs.mu.oz.au/linguist/issues/16/16-2896.html.

这本书提到了以下的问题 "which collocations or types of collocations are most difficult for certain group of learners, what kind of mistakes occur and why" 。 我很想知道问题的答案，但是国内买不到这本书，邮购也要100多刀，不知道大家有没有接触过这本书？ 如果你有的话，能否帮我找一下书中对以上问题的阐述，谢谢！
