What browser are you using? I have found that FireFox doesn't work well
with this Website (a lot of 乱码). You need to us IE.

更有可能是Acrobat Reader的版本问题，做好是要支持简体中文的。所以还是ocean说得对。Firefox的编码应该也是可调的。Firefox用起来有时候还是不方便，毕竟Windows和IE是一母同胞。
